About Us

Owner Sonja Vicchiollo has been a well-established member of Lake County, Fl for over 20 years. Ms. Vicchiollo has earned a Master of Business Administration degree and is a Certified Public Manager in the State of Florida.


Ms. Vicchiollo has 10+ years’ experience working with Police and Fire in a variety of roles. In addition to Pension Administration, she has served as an Executive Assistant to the Chief of Police, Police Records Manager, Public Records Trainer and is currently active in the field of Information Technology.  Ms. Vicchiollo is a NIMS certified Document Unit Leader and has played  an active role in disaster records management scenarios. This broad experience provides a deep understanding of records law, ensuring the proper handling, storage and dissemination of all records in accordance with GS1-SL, GS2 and GS8.


Ms. Vicchiollo has been serving as a Pension Adminstrator since 2011. She has worked with Fire, Police & General Plans throughout the years and the experience has led to the development of a well organized, easy to implement, solid infrastructure that is customized for individual Board needs.
